Descripton:
Entry to the property from the public road is through a double-winged electrically operated iron gate entwined with fowering bougainvillea. A paved narrow road of about 300m leads through the jungle garden to the two houses. A stone fountain gently murmurs its way and quenches the thirst of the colorful and diverse splendor of birds and hummingbirds. About 100 diferent bright bird species, from toucans, diferent parrots, momotos to the small hummingbirds visit and live in the blooming and lush garden.
The jungle garden and park, characterized by mature trees and open spaces, is home to many tropical fruit trees and fowering shrubs, such as kumquat, star fruit, lime, lemon, breadfruit, papaya, guanabana and 7 diferent aromatc banana varietes. Several winding gravel paths lead from the terraces of both houses through the groomed park to the lake with its own beach meadow. There is also one of the bodegas where the kayaks are stored.
Both houses were built in 2007 to American standards and completely renovated and modernized in 2019.
