Description

This 11.2 Hectare Finca (~28 acres) is located just outside Las Esperanzas in the mountains between Dominical and San Isidro (Perez Zeledon) Costa Rica.  The road between Dominical and San Isidro is kept in good condition as the backup route for people to access the coast and San Isidro in case the main all-weather highway is unavailable.  This means easy access to this tropical finca gem via well-maintained gravel roads.

Explore and enjoy the gorgeous crystal-clean year-around river that runs at the edge of the property.  This tranquil river valley features a half-dozen sizable waterfalls and a number of smaller cascades plus a few hidden waterfalls with dipping pools filled with crystal clear water.  The area is perfect for a enjoying a day by the river with friend and family.  The kids will appreciate the abundant swimming holes that are located all through the river valley.  They can spend all day exploring and cooling off in the lazy river where they can enjoy the natural beauty of Costa Rica.
